What is Mediation?
Mediation empowers parties to take control of their conflict
What is Mediation?
Mediation is a structured process that enables parties to communicate openly and honestly about their issues, needs, and concerns. The mediator facilitates this dialogue, helping parties identify common ground and explore potential solutions.
By fostering a respectful and constructive environment, mediation empowers parties to take control of their conflict and work towards a resolution that meets everyone’s needs.
